Die Tour
Hike the Three Hut Panorama trail (3-Hütten-Höhenweg) from Vent to Hochjoch Hospiz
Hike high above the narrow Rofental valley on the high-altitude trail with its great views. From Vent, take the double chairlift to the Stableinalm and hike from there to the Breslauer Hütte. Via the Seufertweg (3-hut panorama trail), you walk along a narrow path, without any significant incline, into the Vernagtbachtal valley, take a detour to the Vernagter Hütte and continue hiking to the Hochjoch Hospiz.

Weg
Take the chair lift to the Stablein Hut. At the mountain station, follow the trail to the Breslauer Hut, which lies below the Wildspitze.
From here, hike westwards on the Seufertweg trail without any notable ascents into the Mitterkar, cross over the small streams joining Mitterbach and around the foothills of the Vorderer Brochkogel into the Platteikar.
Cross the stream and onto the broad ridge, from where you can see the Vernagter hut standing on the slope on the other side of the valley. Hike slightly downhill to the valley floor. CROSS the bridge over the Vernagtbach stream and ascend to the Vernagter Hütte, a good place for a lunch break. Either descend briefly along the same path or, if you do not want to ascend to the Vernagter Hütte, follow the trail around the Guslarspitzen and descend steeply into the Rofental valley to the Hochjoch Hospiz.

Ausrüstung
Always wear good walking boots with a robust sole, and take waterproofs. Don’t forget to take plenty of water with you (at least two litres) and protect yourself against the sun. Trekking poles are recommended.
Sicherheitshinweise
Today you may be walking past a few different areas where cows graze. Although generally very docile and used to walkers, keep your distance and never turn your back on a cow that is behaving strangely or aggressive. Be particularly vigilant around cows with calves.
Always allow plenty of time for your hike. The walking times indicated do not include breaks. Rest and photo breaks must be added to the times indicated.
Check the latest weather information and be on the lookout for changes in the weather. Storms can develop rapidly in the Alps.
Do not leave the marked hiking trails.
