DATES:
Outset daily from mid May to mid October 2013 The Enns cycle route is the youngest of and still unknown among Austria's great cycle routes:
A secret tip and unique natural spectacle with some short climbs. The start lies at 1200 meters above see level at the foot of the Niederen Tauern in the Salzburg region. It then goes on via Schladming and Admont in the Steiermark as well as the upper-Austrian region of Phyrn-Eisenwurzen to Steyr and Enns. Particularly charming is the Reichraminger Hintergebirge in the national park Kalkalpen. The total distance is about 250 km. Ideal setting-off point is the small historical town of Radstadt in upper Ennstal, which can easily be reached by train (high-speed train station) or via the Tauern motorway
